Main users include CRMs, nurses, TCM doctors, and medical students. The goal is to improve the patient experience and deliver clear, readable pulse data.

Challenges

TCM diagnosis is qualitative and hard to quantify.

My Role
Responsible for UX/UI design, user interviews, workflow design, and cross-team collaboration with hardware/software PMs and developers.
